This was my first Elin Hilderbrand book and I now want to read all of them! This book doesn’t necessarily get a happily ever after but it had a lot of heart. Vivian is killed in a hit and run and she is watching her family from Above and is granted 3 “nudges” for those she loves when they need a push in the right direction. I was fully engaged the whole time and really enjoyed how unique the story is! I wished that Vivian and Brett could’ve had their happy ending and that Carson’s whole thing with Willa’s brother in law was resolved more. I was also perplexed by the couple music chairs that happened with Vivian’s best friend and husband and then her ex-boyfriend with her ex-husband’s previous mistress, sounds like something on Bravo tbh.

Ultimately, I really enjoyed this and will continue to read more of Elin’s beach reads. I also totally want to visit Nantucket now!
