I had a lot of fun with this series! This final book did drag for me a little bit but it was still a satisfying conclusion to the series. The main highlight is that we got a wedding chapter. ACOTAR robbed us of that so this was healing. It was beautiful and sweet. I was also happy that Asinia and Demos FINALLY just communicated with each other.

The most interesting storyline for me was Madinia, who is basically Nesta Archeron. I loved seeing her thaw and be both fierce and kind.

I typically don’t like final books in a series because I don’t like things ending so I am typically not the best judge of them (the only exception is Kingdom of Ash which is objectively a masterpiece). But I still enjoyed it and this is one of my favorite series this year!
